I recently had a spring issue with my Garage door & it would not close. I called 4 different companies in the Knoxville area, and Camco was very quick to respond with unbeatable prices compared to others. They were on site at my house within an hour and had the spring changed just as fast! The technicians were extremely knowledgeable and answered all my annoying questions! I will use this company without hesitation going forward on any repairs or projects!

The employees at this company are top notch. We had a difficult time deciding which custom garage door we were going to go with. Sally helped us every step of the way and kept us up to date on the arrival time of the door. It came in and within a few days they had it installed. We are beyond thrilled with the outcome of the door. The install crew knocked it out in just a few hours and cleaned up like they were never there. Could not have asked for a better experience! 10/10!

I had a late night garage door emergency, and I called Camco. The owner, Cameron, answered and tried to help me over the phone , but my situation was too complex. He ended up sending out his star technician Jacob. Jacob arrived, and within 15 minutes, he had a gotten further with fixing the problem than I did in two hours. Has to be the best customer service around!! The company I work for started using Camco and we have had nothing but the best experiences. Cameron and Jacob have been great to work with. They installed two new doors, one that’s an all glass door that hangs at a 45 degree angle when opened. Both were professionally done and operate perfectly. We had an issue with the opener (caused by the manufacturer) and they came out within a couple of days to resolve it. Within a week, we had a new opener installed! Great customer, they really wanted to make sure we were happy with the doors.

Camco was BY FAR the best garage door company I've dealt with. I went through about 4 other companies who all were just trying to sale me something I didn't need to drive the price up. I asked for one thing from CAMCO (because the other 4 companies said I needed it). They came out, after quoting me one thing and me agreeing to a price, they diagnosed that it was a different issue and it could be fixed for less. Our 1940’s garage had its original wood sliding barn-type doors when we bought our home in 2020. They were once beautiful, but were deteriorated, had many bad repairs, and almost half of the windows were either broken or missing. We interviewed several local garage door companies for solutions, and they all took one look and said they couldn’t tackle the job. Then we were referred to Cameron from Camco, and he looked them over, measured the space to make sure we had necessary clearance, and said “No problem.” So we ordered our new custom door and in about 3 1/2 weeks we had a new, safe, functional and beautiful garage door. Cameron and Seth even hauled away or old doors for us. We couldn’t be more thrilled with the result. We recommend Camco without hesitation.

CAMCO Doors did an awesome job installing a 10x10 insulated roll up door on our shop. We are lucky to have found them because we couldn’t find anyone in our immediate area qualified to install this door with motorized unit. They were willing to travel the extra distance for a reasonable price. The installers took care of every detail to make sure our door looks & works perfect.

It was around 10:00 p.m at night when the spring broke for my garage door broke. I was unable to get the door open manually and our cars were stuck and we had to leave to go to Nashville at 1200 the next day. I reached out to my community Facebook page for recommendations and Cameron was the most recommended. He responded to me the same night and said he could get someone out first thing in the morning. My garage door was fixed by 1100 a.m. Everything went great and I can't recommend them enough.

I has a garage door torsion spring break on Thursday night and I sent a request for a quote to Camco. Cameron responded very quickly, even though it was 8:30 in the evening. He quoted me a very reasonable price and got the repair schedule for the next day (a true blessing due to their very busy schedule). Residential Call for a garage door that came off track which came with disconnected pulleys and an unwound coil. Cameron came within an hour of my call. He reset the pulleys, re-established tension on the spring, and lubricated all moving joints. Excellent service, very informative, cost effective, and prompt! He made me a new cable and got the door back rolling smoothly without unnecessarily supplying new rollers/hinges/guide rails. He serviced all the hinges and rollers and even reset the limits of the opener. Was charged the service fee + new cable. Very reasonable. It was about half of what I expected to pay as my components were in better shape than I had thought. Highly recommend this company for garage door repair.

Excellent service. They installed my garage door on a Sunday. 😳😁. The install was perfect, hauled away the old door and cleaned the area after the install. I would highly recommend them.

I did a text request on the website on a Sunday when my door spring broke and they were quick to get back to me the next day. We set up a proposed time for Thursday as that was the first available for me but they would have come earlier which is awesome. Tech came out Thursday about 10 or so and was able to replace both springs and even reinforced my door since it cracked a bit within the hour. Very affordable too. Will be doing some other door work soon. Tired of hearing out motor 😂

My door on the rental unit I have was very hard to open and the Camco guys happened to be at the rental facility so I asked them about it and they said they would adjust it for me. Now the door is very easy to open and they did a great job, thank you Camco for helping me out!
