Our 1940’s garage had its original wood sliding barn-type doors when we bought our home in 2020. They were once beautiful, but were deteriorated, had many bad repairs, and almost half of the windows were either broken or missing. We interviewed several local garage door companies for solutions, and they all took one look and said they couldn’t tackle the job. Then we were referred to Cameron from Camco, and he looked them over, measured the space to make sure we had necessary clearance, and said “No problem.” So we ordered our new custom door and in about 3 1/2 weeks we had a new, safe, functional and beautiful garage door. It was around 10:00 p.m at night when the spring broke for my garage door broke. I was unable to get the door open manually and our cars were stuck and we had to leave to go to Nashville at 1200 the next day. Great service at a great price. Taylor came out, was right on time and was out of here in less than 45 minutes. He made me a new cable and got the door back rolling smoothly without unnecessarily supplying new rollers/hinges/guide rails. He serviced all the hinges and rollers and even reset the limits of the opener. Was charged the service fee + new cable. Very reasonable. It was about half of what I expected to pay as my components were in better shape than I had thought. Highly recommend this company for garage door repair.

We ordered two new garage doors and although we ended up on the longer side of the delivery timeline, they were worth the wait. The installation process was thorough, clean and the guys took their time to get it all just right. They were very helpful setting up remote access and answering questions. I has a garage door torsion spring break on Thursday night and I sent a request for a quote to Camco. Cameron responded very quickly, even though it was 8:30 in the evening. He quoted me a very reasonable price and got the repair schedule for the next day (a true blessing due to their very busy schedule). The two technicians definitely knew what to do and replaced both springs within 45 minutes. They also took a look at all parts of the door to see if they noticed any other concerns. I highly recommend Camco Commercial Door Company!

Has to be the best customer service around!! The company I work for started using Camco and we have had nothing but the best experiences. I like to be loyal to companies who are good to me so when I had a residential emergency, I reached out to them. Sally was able to have someone come out the same day and get me fixed up and at an affordable price. I also want to shout out Jacob, the tech who came out on a Friday evening to get me sorted out. Cameron and Jacob have been great to work with. They installed two new doors, one that’s an all glass door that hangs at a 45 degree angle when opened. Both were professionally done and operate perfectly. We had an issue with the opener (caused by the manufacturer) and they came out within a couple of days to resolve it. Within a week, we had a new opener installed! Great customer, they really wanted to make sure we were happy with the doors.

The employees at this company are top notch. We had a difficult time deciding which custom garage door we were going to go with. Sally helped us every step of the way and kept us up to date on the arrival time of the door. It came in and within a few days they had it installed. We are beyond thrilled with the outcome of the door. The install crew knocked it out in just a few hours and cleaned up like they were never there.
