Our 1940’s garage had its original wood sliding barn-type doors when we bought our home in 2020. They were once beautiful, but were deteriorated, had many bad repairs, and almost half of the windows were either broken or missing. We interviewed several local garage door companies for solutions, and they all took one look and said they couldn’t tackle the job. CAMCO Doors did an awesome job installing a 10x10 insulated roll up door on our shop. We are lucky to have found them because we couldn’t find anyone in our immediate area qualified to install this door with motorized unit. They were willing to travel the extra distance for a reasonable price. The installers took care of every detail to make sure our door looks & works perfect.

I called 4 different companies in the Knoxville area, and Camco was very quick to respond with unbeatable prices compared to others. Great service at a great price. Taylor came out, was right on time and was out of here in less than 45 minutes. He made me a new cable and got the door back rolling smoothly without unnecessarily supplying new rollers/hinges/guide rails. He serviced all the hinges and rollers and even reset the limits of the opener. Was charged the service fee + new cable. Very reasonable. It was about half of what I expected to pay as my components were in better shape than I had thought. Highly recommend this company for garage door repair.

Residential Call for a garage door that came off track which came with disconnected pulleys and an unwound coil. Cameron came within an hour of my call. He reset the pulleys, re-established tension on the spring, and lubricated all moving joints. Excellent service, very informative, cost effective, and prompt! I will use him again for my garage door needs.

I did a text request on the website on a Sunday when my door spring broke and they were quick to get back to me the next day. We set up a proposed time for Thursday as that was the first available for me but they would have come earlier which is awesome. Tech came out Thursday about 10 or so and was able to replace both springs and even reinforced my door since it cracked a bit within the hour. Very affordable too. Will be doing some other door work soon. Tired of hearing out motor 😂

It was around 10:00 p.m at night when the spring broke for my garage door broke. I was unable to get the door open manually and our cars were stuck and we had to leave to go to Nashville at 1200 the next day. I reached out to my community Facebook page for recommendations and Cameron was the most recommended. He responded to me the same night and said he could get someone out first thing in the morning. My garage door was fixed by 1100 a.m. Everything went great and I can't recommend them enough.

Cameron and Jacob have been great to work with. They installed two new doors, one that’s an all glass door that hangs at a 45 degree angle when opened. Both were professionally done and operate perfectly. We had an issue with the opener (caused by the manufacturer) and they came out within a couple of days to resolve it. Within a week, we had a new opener installed! Great customer, they really wanted to make sure we were happy with the doors.
