Has to be the best customer service around!! The company I work for started using Camco and we have had nothing but the best experiences. Camco was BY FAR the best garage door company I've dealt with. I went through about 4 other companies who all were just trying to sale me something I didn't need to drive the price up. I asked for one thing from CAMCO (because the other 4 companies said I needed it). They came out, after quoting me one thing and me agreeing to a price, they diagnosed that it was a different issue and it could be fixed for less. Cameron and Jacob have been great to work with. They installed two new doors, one that’s an all glass door that hangs at a 45 degree angle when opened. Both were professionally done and operate perfectly. We had an issue with the opener (caused by the manufacturer) and they came out within a couple of days to resolve it. Within a week, we had a new opener installed! Great customer, they really wanted to make sure we were happy with the doors.

It was around 10:00 p.m at night when the spring broke for my garage door broke. I was unable to get the door open manually and our cars were stuck and we had to leave to go to Nashville at 1200 the next day. Our 1940’s garage had its original wood sliding barn-type doors when we bought our home in 2020. They were once beautiful, but were deteriorated, had many bad repairs, and almost half of the windows were either broken or missing. He made me a new cable and got the door back rolling smoothly without unnecessarily supplying new rollers/hinges/guide rails. I did a text request on the website on a Sunday when my door spring broke and they were quick to get back to me the next day. We set up a proposed time for Thursday as that was the first available for me but they would have come earlier which is awesome. I COULDN'T SPEAK MORE HIGHLY OF CAMCO. CAMERON AND HIS STAFF ARE AMAZING. FROM COMMUNICATION, INSTALLATION, AND REPAIRS, ALL OF WHICH IVE BEEN A CUSTOMER TO, THEY HIT THE MARK. EVERYTIME. THEIR NUMBER IS IN MY PHONE FOR ANY OF MY GARAGE NEEDS. RECENTLY HAD A SPRING BREAK THAT HELPED A 16X7 WOODEN DOOR. HE FIXED IT IMMEDIATELY AND ON TO THE NEXT. (HE MADE THE TIME) AS A CUSTUMER CALLING, HE OWED ME NOTHING, BUT HE, LIKE HIS BUSINESS DO THE VERY BEST THEY CAN TO RECTIFY YOUR PROBLEMS AND OR INSTALLS. Sally and Jacob were wonderful i will never use anyone but them they are very honest and I'm so thankful that there are companies out there that are like that. Jacob went above and beyond to help me he did a great job fixing my garage door. They are all awesome and I want to praise all of them. Camco Commericial Door Company was great to work with. My garage door was not shutting properly. They took the time to be thorough and show me what was wrong with it and how to prevent it from happening again. They were very professional, prompt and responsive. We ordered two new garage doors and although we ended up on the longer side of the delivery timeline, they were worth the wait. The installation process was thorough, clean and the guys took their time to get it all just right. They were very helpful setting up remote access and answering questions.
